All photographic assignments are considered. Contracts, rates, and licences are specific to each individual assignment. Estimates are provided for all jobs.

If you require an entire block of homes or several models of apartments in close proximity, the half-day rate offers the best value. If you have a portfolio of homes in the Twin Cities and require less than 5 images per home, the full-day rate can be a better value.

You can request a professional printed portfolio or arrange a face-to-face . High-resolution digital VR tours are available on disc. Materials can be sent by mail for review (2-3 business days for delivery) and are pre-paid for return.
